4. Refund & Replacement Policy

Refunds:

  • Refunds will only be credited to your Gift Suvidha Wallet, which can be used for future purchases.
  • To process a refund back to the original payment source, a minimum of 20 days is required as per payment gateway policies.
  • Customers must send an email to team@giftsuvidha.com to initiate a refund request.

Replacement:

  • A replacement will be provided only if the product is damaged upon arrival or if the printing is incorrect.
  • No replacements will be entertained for any other reasons.
  • A valid proof (clear photos or videos) must be sent via email to team@giftsuvidha.com within 7 days of delivery.

5. Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once the order is processed, it cannot be canceled.
  • Refund for canceled orders will be credited as per our refund policy.

6. Customization & Personalization

  • Customized products are made based on the design and details provided by the customer.
  • We do not accept returns or refunds for personalized items unless there is a defect or error in printing.
