1. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will only be credited to your Gift Suvidha Wallet, which can be used for future purchases.
  • If you wish to have the refund processed back to the original payment source, a minimum of 20 days is required as per payment gateway instructions.
  • A request for a refund must be sent via email to team@giftsuvidha.com with order details.

2. Replacement Policy

  • A replacement will be provided only if:
    • The product is damaged upon delivery.
    • The printing is incorrect as per the order details.
  • No replacements will be entertained for any other reasons.
  • Customers must provide valid proof (clear photos or videos) within 7 days of delivery by emailing team@giftsuvidha.com.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After this period, cancellations will not be accepted as the processing will have begun.
  • Refunds for canceled orders will follow the Refund Policy outlined above.

4. Non-Refundable & Non-Cancellable Items

  • Customized & Personalized Products: Orders with custom engravings, prints, or designs cannot be canceled, refunded, or replaced unless they arrive damaged or with incorrect customization.
  • Gift Cards & Promotional Items: These are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
